This Return and Refund Policy applies to event decoration services provided by Throxxenghimnaxx. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our services, please review this policy carefully.
Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel decoration services according to the following terms:

Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us via email or phone within the applicable timeframe
- Provide your booking reference number
- Explain the reason for cancellation
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Service Modifications
If you need to modify your decoration order:
- Contact us as soon as possible to discuss changes
- Modifications may result in price adjustments
- Changes requested less than 7 days before the event may incur additional fees
- We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests
Damaged or Defective Services
If decorations are damaged during installation or do not meet agreed specifications:
- Contact us immediately on the event day
- We will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace items
- If we cannot resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be provided
- Documentation (photos) may be required
Weather-Related Cancellations
For outdoor events affected by severe weather:
- We will work with you to reschedule when possible
- If rescheduling is not possible, refund terms will be discussed on a case-by-case basis
- Client is responsible for providing alternative indoor venue if needed
Non-Refundable Items
The following are typically non-refundable:
- Deposits and booking fees
- Custom-made items that cannot be reused
- Services already performed or partially completed
- Rush order fees
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our service:
- Contact us within 48 hours of your event
- Provide detailed information about your concerns
- We will investigate and work to resolve the issue fairly
- We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 business days
