Booking and Payment

When booking our decoration services:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• A deposit may be required to secure your event date
• Final payment is typically due before or on the event date
• Prices are subject to change based on customization and add-ons
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any service without prior notice
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Make changes to decoration designs based on venue constraints or safety requirements

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information and requirements
• Ensuring venue access for setup and breakdown
• Obtaining necessary permits or permissions for installations
• Protecting decorations from damage during the event
• Timely payment as agreed

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial refund
• Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to cancellation fees
• Deposits are typically non-refundable
